Description
Service Day, planned by Service Programs and the Center for Social Justice, is held once a semester where students, staff, and faculty come together to serve with local nonprofit organizations. You can choose to serve at one of the sites listed below.

Please arrive at the time listed for your site of choice, or we suggest arriving at 8 a.m if you have no preference. Thank you!

Everyone MUST check-in on-campus on the morning of the event at Pida Plaza on the north side of the Student Union, near the grassy side.

Everyone returns to the Student Union after their service project for food and refreshments!

Sign ups close on February 8th at 5pm.  If you plan on serving as a group, please have all participants register individually!

*Times for each shift will be updated.

*For all sites: please bring a reusable water bottle.  (Take Back the Tap will be hosting a bottle swap if you bring a one-time bottle and need to swap it in for a reusable one!)

*All must wear closed-toe shoes, shirts with sleeves AND long pants for working to protect against injury. Improper attire may mean being unable to join your group.

*Please note that service projects are subject to change depending on the needs of the community partners.

Feel free to contact serve@unlv.edu if you have any questions!
