I have updated the Program Dashboard, the Word document detailing the information still required for the PD, and the zip code data. I have also been helping Nicol fix ACT III's data. I have sent an email to Nicol and André to leave them with the files to be updated for the summer.

I updated the Program Dashboard, and I helped Nicol sort out some ACT III data. I also discussed with Nicol what I may be doing for next semester. I'm looking forward to figuring out how to make this whole data entering thing easier on all of us. I figured that if program managers spend less time entering data and doing reports, they can focus on the clients and making their programs better.
I've been working on sorting out Nicol's data and organizing a Google Forms survey used for ACT III sign-in.
I helped Nicol figure out whether or not the people on the sign-in sheets were already part of the data being tracked for ACT III. If they weren't, I created new entries for the clients.
I helped Nicol adjust entries in some reports for ZoomGrants and updated the files that get attached to each report. I also updated the Program Dashboard with information I received from managers.

I have sent various emails to program managers to request data, and I have updated Nicol and André with what I have completed so far. I was also able to help sort ACT III data, and I'm looking forward to completing the Impact Statement within the next week.

I also helped André make folders with inserts about the Center for an upcoming meeting. Towards the end of the shift, André and I discussed the next steps for the Impact Statement.
