I worked in Marking & Sorting and was lucky enough to make friends with another volunteer, June! We discovered so many cool items today, including 4 boxes of an expensive China set.
I worked in Marking & Sorting again and sorted through various items (clothes, linens, random house gadgets, etc.) I also put clothes away and interviewed Sylvie for an Engelstad reflection assignment.
I worked in Marking and Sorting today and went through another 5 bags of clothes. I trained Pam from OSB today too!
I worked in Marking and Sorting today, mainly going through bags of clothes. I did about 4 bags and then put a rack away towards the end of my shift. Everyone was encouraging as always!
Today I worked my first official floater shift! I organized a bit and put away about 4 racks worth of clothes from marking and sorting.
Today Sylvie gave me a quick new member orientation since Engelstad Scholars will now be considered members! Afterwards I worked as a floater (organized the store and put things away) and learned some new tips from another volunteer, Vicnad.
I worked in OSB today and I was lucky enough to accommodate about 5 of the students from the fieldtrip! I had so much fun taking each student on their own little shopping trip.
I was trained in OSB (Operation School Bell) today and had so much fun! I was able to get 5 or 6 bags done on my own.
Today I did some marking and sorting with Sylvie and met a few other volunteers. I also put away clothes and other items with Christine!
